JUDGMENT : S.N. Variava, J. Heard parties. 2. This is wife's petition for transfer of Special Marriage Petition No. PA 195 of 2004 titled Gautam Ram Prasad Majumdar v. Smt. Nilakshi Gautam Majumdar from Family Court, Pune, and Maharashtra to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Kolkata, West Bengal, inter alia, on the ground that she has two minor children and it is difficult for her to take the children on every occasion to go to Pune. 3. In our view, this is sufficient reason to transfer the Special Marriage Petition No. PA 195 of 2004 from Family Court, Pune, Maharashtra to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Kolkata, West Bengal. The Transfer Petition is accordingly allowed. Special Marriage Petition No. PA 195 of 2004 titled Gautam Ram Prasad Majumdar v. Smt. Nilakshi Gautam Majumdar is transferred from Family Court, Pune, Maharashtra to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Kolkata, West Bengal.
