ORDER : 1. Mr. G L Sanghi, the learned senior counsel appearing for Delhi Bar Association and New Delhi Bar Association submits that the Bar Associations have held a meeting and prepared a proposal which may probably sort out the entire controversy and may be to the benefit of all concerned. i.e., the litigants, the lawyers and also the Judges in subordinate judiciary. Let it be filed in the Registry and copies delivered to all the learned counsel appearing in the case. 2. Mr. Sanghi also invites our attention to the order dated 20.4.2001 passed in I.A. Nos. 1-8 in W. P.(C) No. 741/1989 and tothe order dated 22.8.2000 in W.P.(C) No. 474/2000. Those matters have been directed by the Court to be tagged with the present petition, i.e., W.P.(C) No. 437/2000 but are not listed before the Court today. On the next date of hearing, all the matters shall be listed for hearing in the Court. Mr. Anis Suhrawardy, Advocate-on-Record for Delhi Bar Association undertakes to inform all the counsel appearing for such other parties of the order passed today. 3. Let all the parties reflect on the proposal submitted today by Delhi Bar Association and New Delhi Bar Association. 4. List after summer vacation.
