ORDER : In IA No.376 & 431 1. Copies of the letter dated 28.3.2005 written on behalf of the Central Vigilance Commission be made available to all the appearing parties. In the letter, the Central Vigilance Commission has intimated that they would be in a position to submit their recommendations in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court on or before 9.5.2005. 2. Additionally, submission has been made that Sh. Neeraj Nayan, DIG, CBI who supervised the investigation of the case should not be repatriated to his parent cadre. The learned counsel appearing for the CBI seeks time to obtain necessary instructions on the second prayer. In the meanwhile, orders of repatriation, if any, in respect of Shri Neeraj Nayan shall not be given effect to. 3. The commission shall submit its report to this Court on or before 9.5.2005. These I.As. will be listed thereafter. IA No.404 4. This I.A. Is adjourned to await the report of the Central Vigilance Commission. 5.
