Judgment Nirmal Yadav, J. 1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that the co-accused of the petitioner, namely Manoj has been granted bail by this Court on December 1, 2004 in Criminal Misc. No. 39532-M of 2004. The learned State Counsel is not able to distinguish the petitioners case from that of Manoj who has been granted bail. 2. In view of the facts mentioned above, this application is allowed and during pendency of trial, petitioner is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonepat.
