ORDER : N. Santosh Hegde, J. In spite of the service of notice, the respondent is neither represented nor present personally. No counter-affidavit has been filed. Therefore, on facts and circumstances of this case, we think it appropriate to allow this petition and direct the transfer case OP No. 401 of 2004 titled Gurpreet Singh Bagga v. Sarabjeet Kaur Bagga pending before the Family Court Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad to Principal District Judge, Chandigarh who either shall try the case himself or transfer it to appropriate court for disposal in accordance with law. 2. Transfer petition is allowed. Transfer petition allowed.
