He has no objection if the instant petition is decided in terms of the order passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4818 of 2003. 5. Since, the present writ petition is squarely covered by the decision dated 11.2004 rendered in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4818 of 2003 (Vinod Kumar vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.), the instant petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 11.2004 passed in S.B.
