Judgment Rajesh Balia, J.-Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, I find that this writ petition is grossly belated and for which no satisfactory explanation has been furnished. 2. The order was passed against the petitioner on 4.1989 for recovering a sum of Rs. 1,920/-under Section 74 of the Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 1965. The appeal filed by the petitioner against the said order was dismissed on 27.4.1994. This order was passed in the presence of learned Counsel for the petitioner. A copy of which was also addressed to the petitioner vide endorsement dated 28.4.1994. However, this order was not challenged until filing of the revision on 21.2004 almost 7 years after the order suffered by the petitioner. The revision petition was dismissed by the revisional Court on 27.2001 as barred by limitation and no ground for condoning the delay was found. After that, the present writ petition has been filed on 29th March, 2004, almost three years later. 3. In these circumstances, the petition suffers from gross latches and it is not a fit case in which extra-ordinary jurisdiction under Articles 226 and 227 is invoked. 4. The petition, therefore, fails and is hereby dismissed. 5. Before parting it may be noticed that by order dated 3.2005, this petition was directed to be connected with S.B. Civil Writ Petitions No. 2260/2004 and 1825/2004. These number of the writ petitions, according to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, are on defect side and, therefore, the Writ Petition No. 2260/2004, I.R. Trivedi vs. State of Raj. & Ors., which has been connected today has no connection with it. These two petitions be de-linked from the present petition.
