ORDER : Ashok Bhan, J. The High Court has reported that notices of lodgment of petition of appeal sent to Respondents 3(b) and 3(e) have been received back with postal remarks "Addressees left the place". Counsel for the appellants was requested twice to furnish the fresh addresses of these respondents, the last being on 6-10-2004 but he has not done the needful so far. 2. Counsel seeks one more opportunity to do the needful which is declined. 3. Appeal stands dismissed against these respondents i.e. 3(b) and 3(e) accordingly.
