ORDER : 1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner. 2. We do not find any ground, whatsoever, to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. 3. Prima facie, we are of the view that the petitioner has violated the undertaking given before this Court by not vacating the premises by 31st March, 2005. 4. Issue notice to the petitioner to show cause as to why he be not punished for violating the undertaking given before this Court.
