Order Heard the parties and with their consent this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 30.9.2005 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2867 of 2005. 2. Respondents are directed to take a decision for issuance of appointment letter in favour of the petitioner as he has been declared successful by the Jharkhand Public Service Commission.
