ORDER N.N. Tiwari, J. 1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2. In this writ application the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to make payment of his admitted retiral dues including the amount of group saving scheme, leave encashment, general provident fund, arrears of difference of pay, arrears of pension and other retiral dues with interest. 3. It has been sated that the petitioner retired on 31st January, 2005 from the post of sectional clerk (Super Selection Grade) Electric Supply Sub- Division, Jasidih and (sic) after his retirement he has submitted all the requisite documents/ relevant papers etc. It is also stated that leave encashment amount has already been sanctioned by the competent authority but in spite of the same, the amount has not been paid to the petitioner. 4. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that steps have been taken, for payment of all admitted retiral dues to the petitioner and amount on several heads have already been sanctioned and the amounts regarding the other claims are also in process and are expected to be paid shortly. 5. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the respondents, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to make payment of all the admitted retiral dues/benefits to the petitioner with admissible/statutory interest within a period of six weeks from today, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to additional interest by way of compensation @ 5% per annum on the balance amount from the date the amount is/are payable to the petitioner till the date of actual payment.
