Order In view of Supreme Court's decision in the case of M/s S.B.P. Company vs. M/s Patel Engineering Ltd. & Anr., reported in 2005(7) Supreme 610 [: 2006( 1) JLJR (SC)39], these writ petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against the order passed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, are not maintainable. 2. Both the writ petitions are, accordingly, dismissed, being not maintainable.
