Judgment M.M.Aggarwal, J. 1. Heard. The case was registered for the offence under Sections 306/34, I.P.C. but now the petitioner and her husband are facing trial for the offence under Section 302, I.P.C. The allegations are that they had set on fire Binder Kaur wife of Jagsir Singh as there was some dispute. The case was registered on the statement of Binder Kaur. 2. The petitioner Veerpal Kaur is a lady and in custody since 27.7.2003 and has a small child stated to be one year and seven months of age. 3. It is directed that the petitioner shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
