Order According to the petitioner, his date of birth is 6th January, 1949, as recorded in the Matriculation Certificate, which was also produced at the time of his appointment. 2. Grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have issued notice, asking him to superannuate with effect from 1st February, 2006 i.e. three years prior to his actual date of superannuation. 3. In the counter affidavit, the respondents have enclosed the Photostat copy of Statutory Form-B register. Wherein, date of birth of the petitioner has been recorded as 6th January, 1949 at the time of his appointment, which bears the photograph and signature of the petitioner. 4. In such a situation, at the fag end of service career of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to open and decide the dispute, relating to the date of birth. 5. This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
