ORDER : Y.K. Sabharwal, J. The petitioners, in terms of the orders dated 7-3-2005", were permitted to declare the result of the examination and fill fifty per cent of seats in postgraduate courses, awaiting the pronouncement of judgment in the cases heard by a seven-Judge Constitution Bench. The decision is still awaited. Therefore, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, we permit the State/University to fill up the remaining fifty per cent seats in postgraduate courses subject to the condition that from every individual candidate, a specific undertaking will be obtained that the admission is subject to the result of the pending litigation in this Court and that no equity by the admitted candidates would be claimed on the ground that they have put in some months' study in the said courses. 2. List this matter after the decision is rendered by the Constitution Bench.
