ORDER 1. The President of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal is requested to send to this Court details of all the cases disposed of by the Bench comprising of Mr P. Mohanrajan and Mr M.K. Sarkar and to also send copies of the orders passed by this Bench during the period from 21-6-2004 to 1-7-2004. 2. Mr Rohatgi applies and the learned Solicitor General and Mr Jethmalani support him that this Court direct appointment of a Bench to hear Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 14895 of 2000 and 14894 of 2000. The Acting Chief Justice of the Patna High Court is therefore requested to constitute a Bench consisting of Mr Justices Aftab Alam and Chandramauli Kumar Prasad to hear Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 14895 of 2000 and 14894 of 2000. The Bench is requested to dispose of these matters finally as early as possible and in any case within a period of one month from today. 3. The Registrar General is directed to place Crl. MP No. 11076 of 2004 before the Chamber Judge in the next week. 4. The petitions are adjourned to 10-5-2005 to enable learned Solicitor General to take instructions and also to produce the opinions given by the Director General of Investigation and learned Additional Solicitor General. 5. These petitions will be taken up after the miscellaneous matters on 10-5-2005. Court Masters
