ORDER : Re main matter: Mr. Raheja states that besides the issue of release of funds in respect whereof orders have already been passed, there remain nineteen points on which directions of this Court are required. He points out that on twelve points out of the said nineteen points, there seems to be consensus between the parties, including the State Governments, for the directions that may be issued and that, in regard to the remaining seven points, submissions are required to be made before the issue of directions is considered by this Court. 2. We direct the petitioner to sit with Mr. A.D.N. Rao, learned counsel, and prepare a synopsis of these points and place the same on record. This exercise shall be completed within a period of ten weeks. Copy of the synopsis can be obtained from Mr. Rao by counsel appearing for the parties/State Governments. 3. List the petition after ten weeks. I.A. Nos. 2,3,4,5,6: 4. To the response filed by the State of U.P., the State of Uttaranchal and Ministry of Environment and Forests may file reply within four weeks. 5. List these applications on 15th July, 2005.
