ORDER : B.P. Singh, J. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. Having regard to the fact that Respondents 2 and 3 who are accused, are being tried at Hyderabad in connection with a similar case, it would be in the interest of justice if the case presently being tried at Dharwar (Karnataka) against the same accused persons in which the petitioners are also co-accused is tried at Hyderabad. 3. In the circumstances, we allow the transfer petition and direct that Criminal Case No. 3 of 2001 arising out of FIR No. RC-12(A)/98 titled State v. U. Vijaya Kumar pending before the Special Judge, Dharwar (Karnataka) be transferred to the Court of the Special Judge (CBI), Hyderabad to be tried in accordance with law. 4. No costs.
