Judgment M. M. Kumar, J. 1. The judgement and decree which is the basis of the contempt petition is executable under Order 21 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. Therefore, the proper remedy is to invoke that jurisdiction rather than the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act,1971. Dismissed. Petitioner is relegated to the appropriate remedy.
