JUDGMENT 1. Heard Sri Pawan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and' learned A.G.A Admit. 2. Learned A.G.A accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3. Issue notice to the respondent No.4 returnable at an early date. 3. The respondents shall file counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. 4. List thereafter. 5. Stay Application No. 3058 of 2006 6. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner on the stay application and persued the affidavit filed in support thereto. 7. The petitioner shall report to the concerned police station and render all necessary cooperation in the matter of investigation. The investigating agency shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner till the filing of the charg-sheet in Case Crime No. 219 of 2005 under Sections 498-A, 506- I.P.C. and 3/4 D. P. Act registered at Police Station Ganganahar Roorkee, District Haridwar. However in case the custody of the petitioner is required, the respondents shall produce the material collected against the petitioner in this court and submit the report.
