Judgment 1. Heard. OFFENCE alleged is under sections 15/29/60/61/85 NDPS Act and sections 186/353 IPC. It is not disputed that case of the petitioner is at par with the case of Kuldeep Singh co-accused, who has been granted anticipatory bail on 23.1.2006 in Criminal Misc. No.43920-M of 2005. Case of the petitioner is, accordingly, disposed of in same terms.
