( 1 ) THIS appeal arises out of an order passed by a learned single Judge of this Court disposing of writ petition No. 4624/2000 filed by the petitioners ? respondents in this appeal in the light of the order dated 17th April, 2002 passed by his Lordship in WP (C) No. 4606/2000. ( 2 ) WE have in LPA No. 164/03 directed against the order passed by the learned single Judge in WP (C) No. 4606/2000 set aside the said order and dismissed the writ petition. In the light of the said order which was the very basis of the order passed in WP (C) No. 4624/2000 impugned in this appeal, we have no option but to set aside the order impugned in this appeal also and to dismiss the writ petition filed by the respondents. ( 3 ) WE accordingly allow this appeal, set aside the order passed by the learned single Judge and dismiss the WP (C) No. 4624/2000 leaving the parties to bear their own costs. .
