Judgment 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Special Leave petition has been disposed of and thereafter the petitioner has been taken back on duty. Accordingly, he is working on present post, as per directions issued by this Court on 31.1.2000. He has further stated that respondent 1 Sh. B. Vikram, after transfer, has died. In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary in these proceedings. Rule is discharged.
