Judgment 1. This is admitted position that CWP No.13714 of 1990 has been dismissed as withdrawn. The interlocutory order which is alleged to have been violated was passed in the aforementioned writ petition. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. Rule is discharged.
