JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel, who was appointed Amicus in this case to assist us, has placed before us the synopsis of the case along with the suggestions/directions which need to be issued to the State (NCT) for maintenance and up-keep of beggers' homes. The same is taken on record. A copy of the same has been handed over to Shri R. Mohan, learned ASG appearing for the Government of NCT who seeks time to discuss the proposals made by the Amicus with the departmental authorities. 2. To come up on 20th September, 2006.
