Judgment 1. It is an admitted position that proceedings in the instant contempt petition were stayed by HON BLE the Supreme Court in SLP No.9699 of 2004. The situation continuous to be the same, as stated by learned State counsel, on instructions from Sh. Surinder Punia, Deputy District Attorney, office of the commissioner Transport, Haryana. In view of the above, no adjudication in these proceedings is possible. Accordingly, rule is discharged. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition in case such a necessity arises.
