Judgment 1. After hearing learned counsel, I am of the view that the order dated 9.1.2006 deserves to be modified by granting one more opportunity to the plaintiff-petitioner for adducing its entire evidence. The additional opportunity shall be subject to payment of Rs.2500/- as cost, which shall be paid by the plaintiff-petitioner to defendant-respondent before availing the opportunity flowing from this order. The petition stands disposed of in above terms.
