Judgment 1. Short affidavit has been filed in Court today. According to the averments made in para No.3 of the report, the judgment and direction issued by this Court on 21.2.2005 passed in Civil Writ Petition No.10303 of 2005 has been challenged before the HON BLE Supreme Court in S. L. P. No.21500 of 2005. According to the direction issued by HON BLE the Supreme Court, the proceedings in the instant petition have been stayed. In view of the above, there is no possibility of adjudication in these proceedings. Accordingly, the Rule is discharged.
