Judgment 1. On 7.12.2004 notice of motion was issued. However, the notices could not be issued as the petitioner had not filed process fee. Thereafter, fresh notices were ordered to be issued on 30.5.2005 for 7.11.2005. Again the process fee has not been filed. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the instant petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands dismissed.
