Judgment 1. Counsel for the petitioner says that case of co-accused Kuldeep singh has been disposed of vide order, Annexure P-2, dated 19.12.2005 in Criminal Misc. No.22514-M of 2005. Accordingly, the case of the petitioner is disposed of in same terms. The petitioner will also be granted bail on appearing before the trial court within two weeks from today.
