No.6 is against Khazani Devi and Kirpal Singh, Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the writ petition respectively, besides one Sudha Devi. None is present on behalf of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in Court today. The learned counsel for the petitioner may inform the learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 that reply to I.A. No.6 is required to be filed within four weeks. Notice of the application be served on Sudha Devi. The State Government is also granted four weeks' time to file reply to the application. Copy of the application shall also be supplied to the Ministry of Environment and Forests through Mr. A.D.N. Rao, learned advocate. The Ministry of Environment and Forests should look into it whether mining is continuing in forest area, as alleged in the application, without any permission under the Forest Conservation Act. I.A.
