Judgment 1. Allegation, inter alia, is that the petitioners were running a hospital and also using allopathic medicines. Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no material that the petitioners were using/ prescribing any allopathic medicine and thus, no charge is made out. At this stage, this petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to contest the matter in the trial court in accordance with law. However, the petitioners will be granted exemption from personal appearance subject to such conditions as may be laid down by the trial court.
