There was nobody present at the resident except the victim a boy aged about six years. The applicant pushed Danda in his anus and committed sodomy with him. The injuries of the victim was examined which slums that there were 4 injuries and according to the opinion of the doctor the injuries suggested that sodomy was committed with the victim. The applicant committed beastly act with a child of six years. He does not deserve bail. The bail application is rejected. . .
