Judgment 1. Appellant plaintiff, by claiming that he is in exclusive possession of the property in dispute, filed a suit for injunction, which was dismissed. He also lost in appeal. Both the Courts below have found it as a matter of fact that the parties are co-sharers and as alleged by the appellant, no oral partition has taken place between them. No case is made out for interference in pure findings of fact. Dismissed.
