Judgment 1. Heard. OFFENCE alleged is under sections 148/149/302 IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act. This order will dispose of Criminal Misc. Nos.9688-M and 14668-M of 2006. It is not disputed that petitioners Rajinder, Tek Ram and ramesh Kumar have not been attributed any individual injury to the deceased. It is stated that the petitioners cannot be kept in custody for indefinite period; trial will take time; investigation is over; the petitioners are not previous convicts and are not likely to abscond or misuse the concession of bail. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioners are granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/ Duty Magistrate, Jhajjar. The petition is disposed of.
