The case has been listed before the Court for appropriate orders as the petitioner has failed to take any steps to file the amended writ petition in terms of order, dated 14th September, 1998. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has not received any instructions in the matter. In view of the submission, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
