Judgment 1. This petition has been filed against the order dated september 2, 2005, framing charge and revisional order dated January 9, 2006. On perusal of records and the orders under challenge, this Court is of the view that prima facie case is made out against the petitioner and as such charge has rightly been framed. No infirmity has been found in the same. Dismissed.
