Judgment 1. It is allegation against the petitioners that despite three officials on duty, one undertrial escaped from their custody. Petitioners belong to a disciplined force. Allegations against them are serious. Nocase is made out for interference. Dismissed. It is directed that if the petitioners surrender before the Court below and move application for regular bail, the same shall be decided within two days.
