Judgment 1. On 1.4.2002, a Division Bench of this Court had adjourned the hearing sine die to enable the petitioner to file an amended petition. When the matter came up for hearing today neither the counsel has appeared nor any amended petition has been filed, as is evident from the record. Therefore, in these circumstances no adjudication can take place with regard to the lis raised. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
