" thereafter, no attempt was made to get this application revived. Upon a note made by the Registry, this matter has been put up for hearing after notice to the counsel. None has put in appearance to assist this Court. It appears that in the meantime, petitioner has lost interest in this litigation. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
