Judgment 1. On November 10, 2005, following order was passed : "counsel for the petitioners says that as per his information cancellation report is being submitted. Adjourned sine die. " 2. Thereafter, no attempt has been made to get this petition revived. Upon a note made by the Registry, this matter has been put up for hearing after notice to the counsel. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners to assist this Court. It appears that in the meantime, petitioners have lost interest in this litigation. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
