Judgment 1. Notice of the application. Mr. Nakul Sharma, learned counsel for the non-applicant respondent accepts notice. This is an application seeking withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by placing on record detailed particulars. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the application is allowed. The petitioner shall be entitled to file another writ petition on the same cause of action, subject to all just exceptions.
