Judgment 1. Heard counsel for the parties. 2. This writ application is directed against the order issued vide memo no. 3916 dated 18.11.1991, as contained in annexure 3, whereby and whereunder appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground has been cancelled. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was considered for appointment on compassionate ground on account of death of her father Lala Vansidhari Prasad, who died-in-harness and ultimately, she was appointed on compassionate ground, but, immediately thereafter her appointment was cancelled on the ground that she was already married. It is further submitted that the petitioner at the initial stage also had disclosed the factum of marriage and the authorities considering the same appointed her on compassionate ground. 4. Firstly, it appears that the appointment of the petitioner was cancelled in the month of November 1991, whereas this writ application was filed in 2000, almost after nine years, and secondly, it appears that the case of the petitioner is not covered by the resolution of the State Government for appointment on compassionate ground, as the married daughter is not one of the dependents of a Government employee nor she appears to be the nominee of the deceased employee late Lala Vansidhari Prasad. 5. The grievance of the petitioner, in this view of the matter, does not merit any consideration by this Court. 6. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed.
