Judgment 1. The petitioner is aggrieved by making of demarcation report by the Tehsildar, who was appointed to submit a report during the course of trial of the suit. There is no ground to go into this aspect of the matter in writ jurisdiction after the suit has been decided. The petition is dismissed. However, it is made clear that this order will not prejudice any other remedy of the petitioner.
