Judgment Jasbir Singh, J. 1. Counsel for the petitioner states that Gaffur and Harun, who are the main accused, have already been granted bail. It has further been stated that Jamila, whose role is similar to the petitioner, is also on bail. Petitioner is in jail w. e. f. July 30, 2004. Facts, mentioned above, have not been controverted by the State counsel on getting instructions from ASI Mangal Singh. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this application is allowed and during pendency of the trial, petitioner sameena is directed to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
