Judgment 1. Vide order, under challenge, application, to amend charge, was dismissed by the trial Court. Record reveals that final report was presented for trial in the year 1996 and the charge was framed on 5.3.1997. When trial is near conclusion, present application has been moved. As the order, vide which, charge was framed earlier, was never challenged, this Court feels that the Court below is justified in dismissing the application. Dismissed.
