Judgment 1. On 12.8.2005, following order was passed by this Court:- "adjourned sine die on request of learned counsel for the petitioners. " thereafter, no effort was made by the petitioners to get this petition revived. Registry has put up this matter after notice to the counsel, but nobody has put up appearance to assist this Court. It appears that during the intervening period, the petitioners have lost interest in the pending litigation. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
