Aggrieved by the order dated 01.12.1999 made in W.P.No.1909 of 1999, the appellant has filed the above appeal. 2. Heard both sides. 3. It is not in dispute that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the Division Bench decision of this Court reported in 2002 Writ Law Reporter 173 (Secretary And Correspondent, Uswathun Hasana Oriental (Arabic) Girls Higher Secondary School, Pallapathi 639 205, Karur District Vs. The State Of Tamil Nadu And Four Others). Following the same, this writ appeal is liable to be dismissed and accordingly the same is dismissed. No costs. 4. However, as observed in paragraph 27 of the said decision, the appellant is free to make a representation to the first respondent, viz., The District Elementary Educational Officer, Tirunelveli at Palayamkottai along with necessary Government Order, if any. It is made clear, if any such representation is made, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
