Honble SARRAF, J.–Heard learned counsels for the parties on application u/S. 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. (2). The appellant is directed to pay to the respondent Rs. 3000/- as expenses of the proceeding and Rs. 1000/- per month as a maintenance from 1.5.2004 till disposal of the appeal. (3). The application stands disposed of accordingly.
