Judgment Jasbir Singh, J. 1. State counsel, on getting instructions from Satya Parkash , head Constable, informs this Court that the prosecution evidence is complete and now the trial is fixed for May 10, 2006. In view of this, bail cannot be granted to the petitioner at this stage. Dismissed.
